PNB Housing Finance consolidated net profit rises 33.46% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales decline 22.18% to Rs 1425.42 crore

Net profit of PNB Housing Finance rose 33.46% to Rs 169.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 127.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales declined 22.18% to Rs 1425.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 1831.68 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit declined 10.05% to Rs 836.48 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 929.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales declined 18.52% to Rs 6195.93 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 7603.92 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
