Poonawalla Fincorp intimates of termination of investment agreement with LeapFrog
Poonawalla Fincorp announced that the Investment Agreement
executed by LeapFrog Financial Inclusion India Holdings (LeapFrog) with the company has been terminated on 20 August 2021.
Consequently, LeapFrog has disposed of 100% of the shares held in the Company and it ceased to be a shareholder of the Company
