Prabhat Dairy consolidated net profit rises 16.24% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 8.79% to Rs 307.97 crore

Net profit of Prabhat Dairy rose 16.24% to Rs 8.16 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 7.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 8.79% to Rs 307.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 283.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 5.62% to Rs 24.53 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 25.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 17.11% to Rs 1169.98 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 999.07 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
