Prestige Estates Projects standalone net profit rises 549.73% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 37.84% to Rs 562.92 crore

Net profit of Prestige Estates Projects rose 549.73% to Rs 311.87 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 48.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 37.84% to Rs 562.92 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 905.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 47.03% to Rs 589.09 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 400.66 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 33.15% to Rs 2180.30 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 3261.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
