Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals reports standalone net profit of Rs 4.57 crore in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 15.50% to Rs 75.56 crore

Net profit of Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals reported to Rs 4.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against net loss of Rs 1.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 15.50% to Rs 75.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 65.42 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 6.36% to Rs 8.24 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 8.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 22.05% to Rs 226.35 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 290.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
