Re-nomination of Non-official Directors on the Board of Indian Bank

For a period of one year

The Central Government, vide Notification dated 21 October 2019, re-nominated Padmanaban Vittal Dass as Part-time Non-official Director on Board of Directors of Indian Bank from the date of notification of his re-nomination for a period of one year, or until the amalgamation of the Bank, i.e. 31 March 2020, or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
