Real Estate stocks ease
Real Estate stocks were trading in red, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index decreasing 9.53 points or 0.44% at 2148.79 at 13:47 IST.
Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, Phoenix Mills Ltd (down 2.67%), Godrej Properties Ltd (down 0.76%), DLF Ltd (down 0.43%), Sunteck Realty Ltd (down 0.35%), Sobha Ltd (down 0.33%), and Oberoi Realty Ltd (down 0.25%), were the top losers.
On the other hand, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (up 1.76%), Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (up 0.83%), and Omaxe Ltd (up 0.36%) turned up.
At 13:47 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 51.37 or 0.13% at 40940.6.
The Nifty 50 index was up 19.6 points or 0.16% at 12093.35.
The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 27.15 points or 0.2% at 13489.42.
The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was down 0.85 points or 0.02% at 4708.75.
On BSE,1124 shares were trading in green, 1210 were trading in red and 176 were unchanged.
