Redington India allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Redington India announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has considered and approved the allotment of 67,555 (Sixty seven thousand five hundred and fifty five) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on December 11, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options granted under 'Redington (India) - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008'.
