Route Mobile allots 1.99 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Route Mobile has allotted 1,99,190 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 57,71,35,830 (consisting of 5,77,13,583 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each) to Rs. 57,91,26,920 (consisting of 5,79,12,692 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each).
