S.A.L Steel intimates of closure of CIRP under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016

Powers of Board of Directors restored

S.A.L Steel announced that the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the Civil Appeal no. 370 of 2018 vide order dated 10 January 2018 has set aside the order of Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad dated 06 September 2018. Pursuant to the said order, powers of the Board of Directors is resumed.
