Sadhana Nitrochem fixes record date for stock split

Sadhana Nitrochem has fixed 30 January 2019 as the record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of members whose shares shall be subject to sub-division of 1 (one) equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up into 2 (Two) equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each fully paid of the Company.
