Sakthi Finance allots NCDs aggregating to Rs 25 crore

On private placement basis

Sakthi Finance announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 29 March 2016, have allotted 250 Unsubordinated, Senior, Unsecured, Rated, Transferable and Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures with a face value of Rs.10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 25 crore to IFMR Flmpact Long Term Multi Asset Class fund on private placement basis.
