Satin Creditcare Network opens QIP issue

Satin Creditcare Network announced that the Working Committee of the Company, in its meeting held on 04 October 2017 has, inter alia, considered and approved the following:

i. Approval and adoption of the preliminary placement document dated 04 October 2017, in connection with the QIP; and
ii. Authorizing the opening of the QIP on 04 October 2017.
iii. Approving the Floor Price for the QIP.
