Sequent Scientific announces cessation of director

With effect from 29 September 2014

Sequent Scientific announced that K R Ravishankar, Director of the Company, who was liable to retire by rotation at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29 September 2014, did not seek re-appointment. Consequently, he ceased to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. 29 September 2014.
