Shanthi Gears to pay Special (Interim) Dividend

The Board of Directors of Shanthi Gears at the meeting held on 26 December 2018 have declared a one-time Special (Interim) Dividend of Rs.5 per equity share of the face value of Re.1 each fully paid up, for the Financial Year 2018-19.
