Shree Cement consolidated net profit rises 57.60% in the March 2020 quarter

Sales decline 2.13% to Rs 3415.14 crore

Net profit of Shree Cement rose 57.60% to Rs 535.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2020 as against Rs 340.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2019. Sales declined 2.13% to Rs 3415.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2020 as against Rs 3489.35 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2019.

For the full year,net profit rose 52.61% to Rs 1535.85 crore in the year ended March 2020 as against Rs 1006.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2019. Sales rose 2.50% to Rs 12868.39 crore in the year ended March 2020 as against Rs 12554.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2019.
