Somany Ceramics standalone net profit declines 7.22% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales decline 4.98% to Rs 523.35 crore

Net profit of Somany Ceramics declined 7.22% to Rs 23.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 25.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales declined 4.98% to Rs 523.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 550.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 25.77% to Rs 65.10 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 87.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales declined 7.74% to Rs 1653.26 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 1791.97 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
