Speciality Hospitality UK holds 51% stake in Caterland Hospitality

Speciality Restaurants announced that Caterland Hospitality on 15 January 2020 allotted equity shares to Speciality Hospitality UK, a WOS of the Company and Homage Ventures LLP, the JV partner.

Pursuant to Allotment of equity shares, Speciality Hospitality UK and Homage Ventures LLP, now holds 51% and 49% of the equity shares, respectively of Caterland Hospitality.

Further, pursuant to allotment of equity shares, Caterland Hospitality is now a step down subsidiary company of the Company.
