Voltas appoints director

With effect from 09 March 2015

Voltas announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Anjali Bansal as an Additional Director and also as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from 09 March 2015, subject to approval of the shareholders.
