SSPDL appoints director

With effect from 20 August 2015

SSPDL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Krishna Reddy Tetali as an Additional Director and also as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from 20 August 2015, subject to approval of the Shareholders.
