Star Cement consolidated net profit declines 0.62% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 9.83% to Rs 602.62 crore

Net profit of Star Cement declined 0.62% to Rs 85.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 85.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 9.83% to Rs 602.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 548.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 34.47% to Rs 187.13 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 285.55 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 6.69% to Rs 1719.93 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 1843.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
