State Bank of India sells 4.4% stake in Clearing Corporation of India

Reduces stake held in CCIL to 16.80%

State Bank of India has sold 22 lakh equity shares of Clearing Corporation of India constituting 4.4% stake in CCIL. Post this transaction, SBI holds 16.80% stake in CCIL while subsidiary SBI DFHI holds another 4.50%.
