Steel Strips Wheels grants options

Under ESOS

Steel Strips Wheels announced that Employee Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 02 March 2015 have granted 1,50,000 options to eligible employees of the Company in accordance with "Steel Strips Wheels - Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2014 ('ESOS 2014'). Each option shall entitle the holder to acquire 1 equity share of Rs. 10/- of the Company at a price of Rs. 100/- per share.
