Sudal Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution passed on 08 December 2014 appointed Mukesh V. Ashar, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company as an Additional Director categorized as Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect to hold office upto the date of next AGM.
