Surya Industrial Corporation to hold board meeting

Surya Industrial Corporation will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 December 2014, to consider change in the object clause III(A)(3) of MOA of the Company, and to change the registered office of the Company from the state of Uttar Pradesh to the state of Gujarat subject to approval of members by passing a special resolution through Postal Ballot.
