Swagruha Infrastructure to hold board meeting

Swagruha Infrastructure will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 September 2014, to approve the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2014, to appoint Statutory Auditors of the Company, to fix the dates for Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Book (Book Closure Dates), to finalise the date, tune and venue for convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
