Symphony has successfully acquired 100% equity share capital of Munters Keruilai Air Treatment Equipment (Guangdong) Co. from Munters AB according to Equity Transfer Agreement.

The Company has received Certificate of Approval for establishment of enterprises with foreign investment in the People's Republic of China endorsing name of the Company as Investors from the Chinese Authority.
