Syncom Healthcare announced Akansha Sisodiya has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 26 April 2016.The Company has accepted her resignation and she ceased to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 26 April 2016.
