Tara Jewels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has accepted the following resignations viz.-

1. Vikram Raizada, Executive Director (Retail) from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 02 January 2015; and

2. Jayshree Soni, Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 02 December 2014
