With effect from 22 January 2016
Tasty Bite Eatables announced that the Registered Office of the Company is changed from 204, Mayfair Towers, Wakdevvadi, Shivajinagar, Pune- 411 005 to 201-202, Mayfair Towers, Wakdewadi, Shivajinagar, Pune- 411 005'' w.e.f. 22 January 2016.Further the Company has informed that the change in registered office is within the local jurisdiction. The Board approved the change vide Circular Resolution dated 21 January 2016.
