Tata Chemicals announces cessation of Executive Director & CFO

With effect from 30 September 2015

Tata Chemicals announced that on attaining the superannuation age of 65 years, P. K. Ghose, Executive Director and CFO of the Company, has stepped down from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 30 September 2015 in accordance with the Company's Retirement Policy.
