Tata Power update on proposed sale of its strategic engineering division

Tata Power has executed Implementation Agreement with Tata Advanced Systems on 26 April 2018 in connection with the sale of the company's Strategic Engineering Division to Tata Advanced Systems.Both companies will now initiate the process of seeking SEBI's approval, followed by submission of draft Scheme to National Company Law Tribunal.
