Thirumalai Chemicals standalone net profit rises 71.00% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 34.04% to Rs 259.53 crore

Net profit of Thirumalai Chemicals rose 71.00% to Rs 24.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 14.07 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 34.04% to Rs 259.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 193.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 76.62% to Rs 75.47 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 42.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 10.38% to Rs 861.46 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 780.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
