Order of the Competition Appellate Tribunal

Thomas Cook (India) announced that the Competition Commission of India (CCI) had imposed a relatively nominal penalty of Rs 1 crore on the Parties which subsequently was challenged by filing an Appeal in the Competition Appellate Tribunal. The Competition Appellate Tribunal has by its Order allowed the Appeal and the earlier Impugned Order is set aside.
