Thyrocare Technologies will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 June 2016, to approve the Audited Stand-alone financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2016 and Audited, consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiary for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2016, & recommending final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
