Transport Corporation of India gets shareholders and unsecured creditors approval for scheme of arrangement

At court convened meeting held on 19 March 2015

Transport Corporation of India announced that the Equity Shareholders of the Company at the Court Convened Meeting in their meeting held on 19 March 2016 have unanimously approved the scheme of arrangement between Transport Corporation of India and TCI Express and their respective shareholders and creditors.

Further, the Company inform that the Un-Secured Creditors have at the Court convened meeting held on even date have also unanimously approved the above scheme.
