Board of Balaji Telefilms recommends special dividend

Balaji Telefilms announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 March 2016, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 0.4 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
