Tube Investments of India announces hike in its stake in TI Tsubamex (Joint Venture)

From 75% to 78.3%

Tube Investments of India has been allotted 40 lakh equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each in the share capital of TI Tsubamex (TTPL)on 17 January 2018.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the company's shareholding in TTPL's subscribed share capital stands increased from 75% to 78.3%, with the balance 21.7% held by joint venture partner, Tsubamex.
