Tyroon Tea Company will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2014 to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2014 & the Board shall also be considering declaration of dividend, if any, in the said meeting.
