Uflex announces change in directorate

With effect from 02 February 2016

Uflex announced that S. K. Kaushik, Whole-time Director of the Company resigned from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 02 February 2016.

Amitava Ray was appointed as Whole-time Director of the Company in his place w.e.f. 02 February 2016.
