Union Bank of India announces completion of tenure of nominee director

With effect from 22 September 2014

Union Bank of India announced that the Central Government nominated Dr. Atul Agarwal as part-time non official Director on the Board of Directors of the Bank, has completed his tenure of three years on 21 September 2014. Accordingly he ceases to be a Director of the Bank w.e.f. 22 September 2014.
