Union Bank of India announces resignation of company secretary
With effect from 31 December 2015
Union Bank of India announced that Neha Agrawal has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and services of the Bank.Her resignation has been accepted by the Competent Authority w.e.f. 31 December 2015 and she is relieved at the close of office hours on 30 December 2015.
