Union Bank of India launches QIP issue

With floor price of Rs 35.60 per equity share

The Committee of Directors for Raising Capital Funds of Union Bank of India at its meeting held on 17 May 2021 has approved raising of funds for an amount not exceeding Rs 1750 crore through issue of equity shares through Qualified Institutional Placement. The issue was launched on 17 May 2021 with floor price of Rs 35.60 per equity share.
