United Bank of India announces change in directorate

With effect from 18 June 2015

United Bank of India announced that Arnab Roy, Chief General Manager & Regional Director of Reserve Bank of India, Jaipur, has been nominated as the RBI Nominee Director on the Bank's Board in place of Parvathy V. Sundaram, Chief General Manager, Reserve Bank of India w.e.f. 18 June 2015 vide Ministry of Finance Notification dated 18 June 2015.

Roy shall inter-alia be the member of Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank.

Further the Company has informed that, S. Suryanarayana, Shareholder Director has inter-alia been inducted in the Audit Committee of the Board.
