Uttam Sugar Mills standalone net profit rises 119.40% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales decline 11.38% to Rs 490.40 crore

Net profit of Uttam Sugar Mills rose 119.40% to Rs 61.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 27.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales declined 11.38% to Rs 490.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 553.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit rose 125.77% to Rs 134.92 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 59.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales rose 11.86% to Rs 2034.34 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 1818.59 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
