Uttam Value Steels to hold board meeting

Uttam Value Steels announced that the company will hold its board meeting on 11 February 2014 to consider unaudited financial results for quarter ended 31 December 2013 and approve scheme of arrangement between the company and Lloyds Steels Industries for demerger pursuant to the provisions of Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
