Vijaya Bank allots equity shares to Govt. of India

On preferential basis

Vijaya Bank announced that the allotment committee of the Board has accorded approval for allotment of 6,62,85,025 equity shares of Rs.10/- each (Rs. Ten only) at a premium of Rs. 23.19/- per share (Total issue price of Rs. 33.19/- per share) by way of Preferential Issue to the tune of upto Rs. 220 crore to Government of India on preferential basis.
