Vijaya Bank announces change in directorate

With effect from 01 January 2015

Vijaya Bank announced that Kishore Kumar Sansi has been appointed as Managing Director & CEO of the Bank under Clause (a) of Sub Section 3 of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 w.e.f. 01 January 2015, upto the age of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice V. Kannan, who retired from the services of the Bank on 31 December 2014 on his attaining superannuation.
