Visa Steel announces resignation of director

With effect from 30 June 2014

Visa Steel announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the resignation of Shanti Narain, Independent Director with effect from 30 June 2014. Narain has resigned to make way for the appointment of a Woman Director on the Board of Directors of the Company.
