VJTF Eduservices announces change in compliance officer

With effect from 30 September 2014

VJTF Eduservices announced the following:

Dayashree Manjayya Shetty, Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has been appointed Company Secretary Cum Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 30 September 2014.

Ekta Jain, Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the office of Compliance officer w.e.f 30 September 2014.
